Why does my husband Android phone ring when My iPhone does not get answered ,call forwarding is not on . I have set my Apple ID to not share
iPhone 6, iOS 12

It appears that when someone calls your iPhone number, your iPhone rings, however, if your iPhone is not answered then the call gets forwarded to your husband's Android phone and it rings. If my assumption is correct then:
- You probably (inadvertently or setup by your carrier) have The Call Forwarding – No Answer feature activated. It enables you to redirect calls to another phone number when an incoming call isn't answered within a specified number of rings. Call your carrier's help line and have them double check their setup by explaining what you are experiencing.
- Your husband uses an Android phone so there is no relation whatsoever with your Apple ID which is only relevant to your Apple devices.
