my epson printer workforce 3620. On OS X v10.6 and later, the latest driver is distributed via Apple Inc.’s Software Update. I looked at the app store but could not find it

Try downloading this Epson Driver package, it includes your printer/ scanner.

Once downloaded double-click to install.
