Pages doesn't update
I need to update pages app. If I go to App Store and press UPDATE, then it just doesn't do anything. Why?

Hi ss,
If your Mac description is correct, it doesn't update because the current version of Pages, 8.2.1, is not compatible with OS X 10.11 (El Capitan).
You will need to update the OS before updating Pages from the App Store.
The Update to the current macOS version is available on the App Store, IF your Mac is compatible with that version.
Compatibility with macOS Catalina (10.15) depends on model and date of introduction. You can find this information by choosing About this Mac from the Apple menu.
