I facing many issue with my iPhone, especially when I updated into 13.3. While I'm using my iPhone, suddenly it stuck for awhile.

Without knowing what those many issues are that you are facing, I would suggest a forced restart as a first step.

iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

If that doesn’t help, you will need to post back with more specific information.
