Update Payment Information

I keep getting the notification in settings to update my payment information. When I do update it, it says "your payment method was declined. update it or add a new payment method and try again". I have triple checked that my information is correct and it is still doing this. I need a solution for this to be fixed as I can't download any apps until it is.

Remove the payment method in question. Then re-add it and/or other acceptable payment method(s).
