APPLE TV GEN2

i have ATVG2 and now for some reason i cannot sign into my itunes account, [i have tried the 2 step code thing and so on] just says that usr name and pswrd dont match. also it wont let me log into, Amazon, Netflix, iCloud and so on, saying the same things. usr name and pswrd dont match. even though i can sing into them with same credentials on my IPXR

any ideas? i am about to throw this thing out of the window. i have tried every permutation of log in methods. reset passwords for everything. whats next? a new Apple Tv i expect.

I AM GOING CRAZY HERE!!!!!

Considering the device is closer to 10 than 5 years old have you considered replacing it with a newer Apple TV? If not and you want to keep the Apple TV 2, please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204915
