Shift key fell off
While cleaning the keyboard, my shift key and up arrow fell. off. Up arrow came back alright but the shift key seems to have a broken latch. It works but refuses to latch on.

The key mechanism is easily damaged —and best to let someone with more experience replace/repair the key.
Any computer repair shop can help you (does not have to be an Apple Store.)
