How do I change the email address associated with my Apple ID, my email address has changed unexpectedly, I can’t use it anymore, so how do I change the email address now?

Where did it change?
If you have been using an email address ending in icloud.com, mac.com, or me.com, then you could try the addresses of the ones you have not been using with you username without changing anything. I doubt that you'll get positive results though.
Unfortunately, you can't just change the email address that goes with your Apple ID without changing your Apple ID. Please see these reads:
