Can I modify playback settings for a specfic playlist

I have several different playlists for which I'd like to have them default to specific playback settings without my having to manually change them each time. For instance, I have one playlist with regular settings and another with "Shuffle" and "Repeat". Is it possible to make those settings the default for ONE playlist without making them global?
