AppleTV audio/video out of sync

Hi. I have Apple TV 3rd gen. I never used to have any problems but once i started watching AppleTV+ namely “The Morning show” i have constant issues with syncing of video/audio which goes out of sync. The video side leaps back and the sound carries on. Sometimes video continues with no sound. I tried resetting the AppleTV, restarting it, checked for updates. I even changed to a different hdmi port but the same result. I have no external audio connected. Its basically the appletv and the tv. I haven't tried watching different content.

i tried mirroring the content through my IPad to the TV and there were no issues. I did have the same issues described above when AirPlayed through my iphone.
