My 2015 IMac speakers only make sound when powering on
My late 2015 IMac is only making the sound when I power it up.
There is no option for built in speaker and headphones don’t work also

Is there something plugged into the headphone output port?
If so, unplug it.
If you had headphones, buds or a speaker system plugged in and unplugged it?
Try plugging and unplugging it several times.
