Virus on my phone

I received a message which says my phone get viruses because I open a site in google!!! And it says I need to download Xshield app from app store to remove all my viruses!

do i need to do that?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Definitely do not download anything ever based on a popup message.

All such messages are scams. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
