Uploading videos to iCloud from laptop

How do you upload a video to iCloud? Because when I try uploading videos, it says only JPEG files can be uploaded. And I want videos on my iCloud. So how do I upload videos?

Uploading Videos to iCloud When I attempt to upload a video from my PC onto iCloud, I see the message "Only Files in JPEG format can be loaded. Any ideas please?

If it says you can only upload jpeg files, then that is all you can do.
