I recently got an iPhone 11 and now I’m not getting message notifications from certain people. I’ve tried turning my phone off, resetting down to factory settings, checked do not disturb and nothings working. Any way to fix it ?

Can you check to see whether HIDE ALERTS is activated for this folks that you do not receive notifications from? Open messages and choose a message from one of these folks and then tap on their name on the top and then tap on INFO and see whether HIDE ALERTS is turned ON. If it is then turn it OFF.
