I keep getting a phone call from an 800 number saying my iCloud has been breached. Is this real or a scam?

It is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited calls. If there was a problem with your account you would be notified when you attempt to log in, including when logging in to this site. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
