iPad files app showing folder as empty

I've been trying to set up a mobile Lightroom workflow on my iPad, but when I try to load files form my camera's memory card, the Files app isn't showing the contents of some of the card's folders. I know the issue isn't with Lightroom as the problem occurs when I run the Files app separately, too.

Example:

If I open "Untitled" (the SD Card), I can see

  • DCIM
  • MISC
  • System Volume Information

SVI contains files and MISC contains GPS, which is empty

DCIM contains

  • 100EOS5D
  • 101EOS5D
  • EOSMISC

EOSMISC and 100EOS5D both show files in the app, but 101EOS5D doesn't. I have verified on my computer that the folder is not empty.

Any ideas what's going on?

Hello,

Try updating to iPadOS 13.3.1 to see if it resolves your problem.
