Safari can't connect to server

Hi, on most web pages I try to go to I keep getting "Safari can't connect to server." Then I use firefox and it works.? I want to fix the Safari issue but I don't know how to. Can someone please help me? Thanks. I have run EtreCheck but I'm not sure how to post it and whether not it would help with this issue.? Thanks in advance.

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
