Your iPad screen has a problem.

No one here is going to be able to help you.


Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?


Not sure where you are from, but if you can take this to an actual Apple location, this would be best so they can properly diagnose, evaluate and provide you with options.

Failing that, you need to take this iPad into an Apple authorised reseller or Apple repair center, instead.

Your providing both the original images and a photographs of your screen were useful - as, by comparison, it conclusively confirms that your iPad has a fault.


As suggested by MichelPM, if a forced-restart of your iPad does not resolve the issue, you would be best advised to present your iPad at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. The technicians will be able to examine, test, and hopefully offer assistance.
