Some possibilities:
If you didn’t explicitly authorize by going to you Settings/Bluetooth and pairing it you have an app that uses it as a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) device.

Reset Network Settings: Only network settings are removed.
If the above fails....
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

in Settings - Bluetooth tap on "i in circle" and than on 'ignore this device'. After that you will see which connection you will miss.
