Access footer in numbers

I am using Numbers and I want to add information into the Header and the Footer. Date, name of file, headings etc.

unable to enter header of footer. How do I do this magic

Numbers does not define 'pages' except when printing or preparing to print.


Press command-P to open Print Setup, then move the pointer to the top or bottom of a 'page' to see the header or footer boxes. Click on the box to place the insertion point in it, and enter your text.


Click Done to exit, and return to editing mode, or Print to move to the Print dialogue.


Page headers and Page footers will not be visible in Editing mode.
