Phone calls to ipads
I have an ipad that won’t receive regular calls to my iPhone, my wife’s does how can I get it to work

On your iPhone, you will need to enable Calls on Other Devices:
Settings > Mobile Data > Calls on Other Devices - set to ON - and explicitly enable for your iPad.
Your iPad and your own iPhone must be signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID.
If supported by your Cellular Carrier, you may also be able to enable WiFi Calling features:
Settings > Mobile Data > Wifi Calling - set to ON.
