To save data, I turned off data for certain apps (like Snapchat and Instagram) and now I can’t turn it back on. The switch turns on but as soon as I exit settings it turns it back off. I’ve restarted my phone so many times and the last time this happened I just had to update my phone and then it fixed itself but my phone is fully updated right now
