Help i cant sign in to my icloud mail

Help.. I can't sign in to my icloud mail.. its said i already been aded to my phone.. and I can't open my mail..

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to access emails from iCloud, as a message appears that your iCloud account has already been added. I can help point you in the right direction.


If you haven't tried yet, I recommend to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone This can help resolve unexpected behavior. In addition, from the screenshot you provided, I noticed you're using cellular data. I suggest to see if you experience the same behavior by connecting to a Wi-Fi network.


For any reason, these steps do not help, I suggest to temporarily sign out and sign back in with your Apple ID account. On your iPhone, I recommend going to Settings > your name at the top > scroll down and "Sign Out." From there, please sign back in and see if you can access emails under your iCloud account.
