1 Year Trial of Apple TV?

Hi - I was offered a whole year free for Apple TV, but some reason I just have a 1 week trial now...any way to activate my full year trial?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

You were offered a trial of Apple TV + and NOT Apple TV. I would recommend looking over the differences in Apple's TV offerings at www.apple.com/tv. They currently offer:

Apple TV (App)
Apple TV +
Apple TV HD
AppleTV 4K
AirPlay
Accessories
