After tried many of the solution, and still I kept getting the same messages.
The solution i tried:
1)Restart
2)deleting the partially downloaded file from library/updates but it says it can't be moved to the trash because it can't be deleted.
3)Go to the App store and download the full installer from there which this doesn't either because it redirects me to the software update settings in system preferences.

Make sure your mac is connected to your router via cable rather than relying on WiFi.
Do not use the mac while it is downloading, do not use other devices that share the
same internet connection while your mac is downloading.
Have you tried to do the update whilst in Safe Mode,

once downloaded double-click to install.
