I have submitted my iPhone in Apple store for replacement but still haven’t received

Note that we are currently in a worldwide disaster scenario that is worse than anything else that has happened since World War II, so a lot of things that normally would be routine are now disrupted.

I don’t think anyone knows, and we users in this user-to-user forum know less than anyone. As you may have noticed, there is a worldwide emergency in progress that is disrupting the lives of pretty much everyone, wherever they reside.

I’m sure Apple will open stores as soon as it is safe to do so. Meanwhile, use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to ask Apple about your specific case.
