ITunes installation

Download the installer from https://apple.com/itunes/download/win64 on a computer that is connected to the Internet, copy the file to a USB drive, take it to the computer without Internet and install.

Use a USB Crossover Cable:

If you have no USB flash drive, then transfer it device-to-device through use of a USB Crossover Cable. This cable has a USB A male connector on both sides of it. So, if you have a USB Crossover Cable, use that. Note that, you might need to modify Firewall Settings, and permit accessibility of drag-and-drop.
