https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204321 gives more information on Do Not Disturb and how to turn it off.

my recommendation is swiping up from the bottom of the screen to give you your control center and press the 🌙. If you’re using an iPhone X, Xr, Xs, 11, 11 Pro, you would swipe down from the right corner of the screen to get your control center and the same thing, press the 🌙
