ipad pro touchsreen responding without touch

My iPad Pro 11” has been having touchscreen issues that are happing more frequently. It seems the iPad is detecting a touch on the lower right portion of the screen even if there isn’t a touch at all. At first I thought it was the base of my thumb, but I can set it down and nothing touching it at all and it still does it.

Most frequently it happens in chrome (sending me to a link I hadn’t touched) or in Kindle turning the page before I finished the current page.

Anyone else have these issues?
