i have forgot my apple ID and password and now i cann't get in the phone, can you please tell me what to do/ or like make a new one?

so my mom tooky phone from for about more then a month and when she gave it back i forgot my lock screen passwork so i gave it to my uncel to fix it and he is the person tjat got me the phone in the first place and he took so long to fix it amd he gave it back to me today in the morning and then the phone said that i need the Apple ID and the password and have been trying diffrent ones sence the morning but they all are not working cuz forgot it too. please help me or tell me what to do?
