iMac as 2nd monitor to MacBook Pro

I have my iMac 27" (late 2013) connected to my MacBook Pro 13" (2017) via Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt adapter and a Mini Display Port cable. Now that they are connected, how/where do I configure so that the iMac performs as a second monitor to the MacBook Pro?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

See here: Use your iMac as a display - Apple Support

Once everything is connected, press Command+f2 keys on the iMac to enable Target Display Mode.
