No, but you can totally (or selectively) disable all of Siri’s functions:


Settings > Siri & Search >

  • Listen for “Hey Siri” - set to OFF
  • Press Home for Siri - set to OFF
  • Allow Siri When Locked - set to OFF
  • Suggestions in Search - set to OFF
  • Suggestions in Lookup - set to OFF
  • Suggestions in Lock Screen - set to OFF
