My mac wont update to macOS Catalina 10.15.4

I have the notification in my system settings saying there is a new update available. So i go into settings click update now and it tells me my computer needs to restart to update. I click restart now and it goes into the update screen with the apple symbol and the bar that fills to show progress. that last 1 second and then it asks for the password to log back in and the notification is still there saying there is a new update.

I have done this process around 5 times and it's still not updating....

I saw someone had mentioned that it may be disk space causing the issue but i have 13.95gb available for a 2.97gb update.....

FWIW, it could still be a free space problem. 2.97GB is the size of the download, not the amount of space it needs to run. I would try making sure to have 15GB to 20GB of free space and try again. If that doesn't help, post back.
