I forgot my apple id password which is signed in my ipad and now i need to reset but i cannot do so because the apple id couldn’t be found and neither do i remember the paasword

Okay. If you can neither remember nor recover your AppleID or associated password, your only point of escalation now is Apple Support.
If you can provide documentary proof of “original” ownership, you may be lucky - otherwise, it’ll likely be a very short conversation. I sincerely wish you the best of luck.
