My mother passed away and, unbeknownst to me, had an iPad mini. I wasn’t able to unlock the device so I did a factory restore/reset. Now its asking for an Apple ID password which I have not been able to find despite multiple possibilities. Is there any way to completely reset the device. No help from Apple Support articles
