PNG export

We are fellow users, and have no inside information about future product developments within the Apple Pages product team.

There are a great many features needed in Pages before your expectation might be implemented (e.g. fixed CMYK support). If not already, you can export to PDF, and then using Preview, select the desired PDF thumbnail and choose Export…

Pages has been around since 2005 and Apple has not provided an export to image solution in those 15 years. You can certainly send a feature request via the Pages menu : Provide Pages Feedback menu item, but do not expect a response.
