How can i get my repair ID?

I never received my repair ID and I never received any information about my phone repair since one month ago.

More then one month ago I send my Iphone to the Apple Store on Old Orchar Mall in Skokie, Ilinois. I was there three times and It wasn't ready. Acctually I would like to know how is the situation, I need my phone back. , Iphone 8
