Download problem

I can’t download apps that I have downloaded before. So how do I fix that

(I can download 1st time app but not the second time/ re-download apps)

Make sure you log in with the same Apple ID as was used for the original purchases.

Re-download music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store
