Stolen iPhone 11

I left my phone on the counter checking out from the store it was already dead I came back not even 10 minutes later nobody seen it and it was gone. It took me three days about to finally get access to my account to track it On find my iPhone it states no location found and I can put a number and a message and when I hit the Mark as lost it just says pending even complete a sound it says pending. It has been about 20 days now And for find my iPhone and iCloud and no location is found. I can’t even find anything for last known location.

Although Trying to search and find any way to track it through my Gmail and Facebook Using location history once in a while I get a random location of the iPhone 11. It doesn’t give me good enough exact spot but the few times it did a location it’s in two different areas but covers about five or six houses in each area. I don’t want to be kicking in 10 different front doors.

So my questions are how come track my iPhone and iCloud says no found location From since the day It was taken But Facebook and Gmail shows iPhone 11 locations last one was two days ago.

Yes I changed my passwords and recovery questions for all my accounts I don’t want to erase the device because I won’t be able to track it no longer whyDoes it say pending and won’t let me activate the lost feature?

......And yes I did go and name my device as NO CONNECTION AVAILABLE

iPhone 11, iOS 13

The device has to come on line to track it with Find My Phone, which is also why things show pending.

I can't explain how Facebook and Gmail can give you an approximate location if the device isn't on line.
