I was updating my phone with my computer and it froze on the restore screen. now my phone is frozen and will not restart. I have no access to my iphone8

This happened to me about 2.5 hours ago and I cannot figure it out. I have tried the volume up, down and power button combo. I have tried connecting to a laptop and it is not listed as a device anywhere. I hope someone figures this out and is able to offer a solution!
I've had the same issue and I have been trying to reach support and no luck for chatting. Does anyone see the "email support" option because I am unable to find it. Aaaaaand how the f am I supposed to call support if my phone is dead?!!!
