New iPad Pro will not connect to network

Just received my new iPad Pro yesterday.

configuration

12.9 -4th gen

wifi only

256 GB

Setup IPad, installed software update immediately

iPad will not connect to internet. Showing internet on WiFi

VPN will not hold setting... go to general settings > vpn > status an not able to connect

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not stextelect Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
