Macbook Pro battery issues

Hi,

2017 macbookpro no touch bar. Computer says thats its plugged in and that the power source is the adapter, and power continues to fall at normal rate. Tried plugging in numerous times but won't charge. Any advice

Battery cycles around 590 and condition is normal if that is relevant.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

Did you try using the other USB-C port? Are you using the correct cable (not all USB-C cables are capable of charging the laptop).

Try an SMC reset.

Try unplugging the charger from the electrical outlet for a minute to reset the charger's internal circuitry.
