Weird gray circle appear on screen after iOS 13.4 update

I just updated to 13.4 yesterday. When the phone turned on there is a gray circle appear right in the middle of my screen. It went to the side when I rotate my phone. I tried many things and found out that if I turn AssistiveTouch off it’ll go away. The thing is I really need to use AssistiveTouch. I think this is a bug. I’m using iPhone 6s+.

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch and turn off dwell control option.
