iPhone frozen on apple screen

my iPhone X is frozen on the apple screen - any ideas? I tried to restart it and it won't work.

Start here ➔ Force ReStart Your iPhone.

If that does not work then learn ➔ What to do if your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen.
