We are in no position to provide all that information. Supported printers and scanners in macOS High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, and Mavericks is the last such list that Apple has posted.

I would look for articles reviewing scanners for the Mac.

Identify a scanner that meets all your scanning needs then check with the scanner manufacturer's site to see if that model scanner is compatible with your computer and operating system.
