i purchased my I phone on Sept 26,2019. I read in my local newspaper (Boston Globe) that I can get a free one year subscription to Apple TV having purchased on I phone. Is that the case?

Six-and-a-half months is more than three months, so the offer doesn’t apply to you anymore.
