Apps on my MacBook Air

I can see my apps on my iPhone 11 and my iPad. and can click the download button on either and it will then say OPEN. however I cannot find these apps on my MacBook Air. Its driving me nuts. I have signed into both my iCloud and iTunes account and still can't see them. WHY?????I am a novice at Apple. Very Green just got them all iPhone 11 iPad and MacBook Air.

That's because there's nowhere to see iPhone and iPad apps on a Mac. They don't run on Macs, and cannot be installed on Macs.

Why do you need to see them on the Mac?
