Files "On My Iphone"

Im watching videos of how people can import files into specific folders onto the "On my Iphone". However, when I tap the "On my Iphone", no folder pop up. Suggestions/ fix?

Download apps like GarageBand, Pages, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Word or similar ones (Apps that create files) from app store. Based on what you download a corresponding folder will get automatically generated.
