Transfer or sync music albums from my iPhone to my iPad

is it possible to transfer or sync my music albums from my iPhone 7 to my iPad without using the iTunes or computer? Thanks.

Go to settings>music>Sync library, and make sure that’s switched on on both your iPad and iPhone.
