I have also done the diagnostic of pc and there aren’t problems of hardware components. I have a MacBook Air 2017.

See this Apple article for erasing the physical drive (partition/scheme section of article):

If you don't see the physical drive (usually identified as something like "Apple SSD...."), then the SSD may have died.
